Overview Arc Hydro Tools is a specialized suite of geospatial tools designed for water resources applications. Developed by Esri in collaboration with the Center for Research in Water Resources (CRWR) at the University of Texas at Austin, these tools enable the creation, manipulation, and analysis of hydrologic data within ArcGIS Desktop.
