Don’t panic. I just went through this, and I managed to resurrect my DS150E from the dead. Here is exactly what happened and how I fixed it. Let’s be honest: 99% of the DS150E units out there are clones (Chinese copies). If you bought yours for under $150, it’s a clone.

We all know the feeling. You plug in your trusty (or cheap, Chinese clone) Delphi DS150E, fire up the software, and that little pop-up appears: “New firmware available.”
