Carlos García: "I don't know, chef. We've tried everything. We're serving the same dishes we've always served. I just don't understand why people aren't coming back."

Gordon Ramsay: (to the kitchen staff) "Listen up, because I'm only going to say this once. You lot are not just cooks, you're representatives of this restaurant. You need to take pride in what you're doing. (points to a cook) You, get back in there and start again with a clean slate. And you, (points to another cook) for God's sake, chop those onions properly!"
(Closing shot of El Patio de Tapas, bustling with happy customers.)
Gordon Ramsay (voiceover): "Welcome to Valencia, a city known for its stunning architecture, beautiful beaches, and delicious Mediterranean cuisine. But in the heart of the old town, there's a restaurant that's struggling to stay afloat. El Patio de Tapas, a family-owned business, has been serving traditional Spanish dishes for over 20 years. (Fade to black.)
(Carlos García and the staff nervously serve the first customers of the relaunch.)
Gordon Ramsay: (sarcastically) "Oh, I don't know, maybe it's because your kitchen looks like a disaster zone. (spots a cockroach scurrying across the counter) What the...?! You've got pests in here! How can you expect to run a clean kitchen with these conditions?" I just don't understand why people aren't coming back
(Gordon Ramsay enters the restaurant, meets Carlos García, and begins inspecting the kitchen.)
Gordon Ramsay: "Carlos, what's going on here? Your sales are down 30% in the last year. What's happening in this kitchen?"
Gordon Ramsay: (skeptical) "Local suppliers? I think you need to take a closer look at your supply chain. (tastes another dish) This paella is a crime. It's overcooked, underseasoned...this is an insult to the people of Valencia."
