They drag Vodka into the Porsche and speed away. As they disappear, Kir looks back through the rear window. She mouths two words to Conan:

But just as Conan leans closer, a cold voice speaks from behind him.
Conan arrives at the hotel, disguised as a young guest using a spare mask Haibara made. He spots a woman in a trench coat entering the elevator. Rena Mizunashi. Kir.
He understands. She’s not entirely with them. She’s a mole.
