Turn off real-time protection (especially Windows Defender, Avast, or Kaspersky) before extracting or installing. After installation, add the game folder as an exception.
Run chkdsk /f in Command Prompt (Admin) to fix bad sectors on your drive. Then ensure at least 20 GB free space before installing.
