Document Purpose: To provide a safe, complete method to erase all user data and restore the Safaricom Neon Ray Pro to its original出厂 settings.
Use the Volume Down key to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset .
Press and hold the Volume Up button + Power button simultaneously. Select Reset Options or Factory Reset
Select Confirm or OK .
After completion, Reboot system now will be highlighted. Press Power.
Choose Erase all data (factory reset) .
Release the Power button when the Safaricom/Neon logo appears, but keep holding Volume Up until the Recovery Mode screen (blue/green text menu) appears.
Enter your phone’s lock code (default is usually 0000 or 1234 ).
Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
The phone will reboot, display a formatting screen, and restart as a new device. Method 2: Hard Reset (Via Recovery Mode) Use this if the phone is frozen, locked, or does not boot past the Safaricom logo.
Press the Power button to select it.
