Confirm the action when prompted.
A hard reset (also called a factory reset or master reset) will erase all data on the watch, including contacts, call logs, chat history, photos, and settings. It will not remove the watch from the Mibro app or your account. After the reset, you will need to re-pair the watch with the parent’s phone.
