Scroll down and tap System .
If prompted, enter your phone’s lock screen pattern, PIN, or password.
Open the Settings app (gear icon).
Tap Erase Everything or Confirm . The phone will restart and begin the reset process. This takes 2–5 minutes. Method 2: Hard Reset via Recovery Mode (Use if phone is frozen, locked, or won’t boot) Use this method if you forgot your password, the screen is frozen, or the phone is stuck on the logo.
A hard reset will erase ALL data from your phone’s internal storage, including apps, contacts, photos, music, videos, and saved passwords. Tap Backup & Reset (on some versions, look for "Reset Options").
Read the warning list. Tap Reset Phone or Reset Device . Scroll down and tap System
Select Factory data reset .
