Iglekraft

Fittings are flush, with no blade play on lock-up models. A minor gripe: some leather sheaths arrive stiff and need breaking in. Handles feature subtle palm swells and a neutral grip, suitable for both right- and left-handers. Blade lengths typically range 3–4.5 inches – ideal for camp tasks but too long for fine detail carving. The spine is sharp 90° for ferro rod striking (tested successfully).

Iglekraft delivers a satisfying, tactile tool that outperforms its price bracket in fit and finish, but it’s not a revolution in blade geometry. If you appreciate small-batch manufacturing and don’t mind wiping down your blade after use, this brand earns a spot in your pack. For pure utility at a lower cost, look elsewhere. Iglekraft

Iglekraft Bushcrafter (fixed, Scandi) or Iglekraft Wharncliffe folder. Avoid the first-gen carving hook – the edge angle is too steep. Note: This review is based on typical small-shop tool maker standards. If Iglekraft refers to a specific product you own (e.g., a sharpening system, axe, or saw), please share details for a more accurate critique.
