Kia Software: Update Middle East

Pro Tip: Check your region code on your head unit. If it ends in "ME" (Middle East) or "GCC," do not install a European file. Requires: A PC/Mac, a 64GB USB drive (formatted exFAT), and stable internet.

Do not update in direct sunlight. The car's system shuts down if it overheats. Park in the shade or a garage. Start the engine (don't just use accessory mode). The update takes 45–90 minutes. Running the engine ensures the AC keeps the electronics cool. kia software update middle east
