Happy hunting, r/drumkits.
It was 3:00 AM. I was doom-scrolling. A post with zero upvotes, zero comments, just a title:

You know I opened it.
I shouldn’t have clicked. NF kits are usually just the same hard kick, a snare with too much reverb, and a choir pad. But this one was 2.7GB. Too big.
I downloaded it. The folder was clean. No weird file names. Inside: Kicks (27), Snares (18), Hats (43), and then a folder labeled That was six days ago
I recorded it. Chopped the snare. Made it my own. Saved the project as “Therapy_Sesh.flp.”
If you see a 2.7GB NF folder with vox samples — do not flip the snares. Do not sidechain the kicks.
Last night, I saw the waveform. On my desktop. A new file named “answer.wav.” I was doom-scrolling
TL;DR: Downloaded a cursed NF kit. Now my bedroom studio is haunted by a rapper who takes creative commons very seriously.
Now, every night at exactly 11:11 PM, my monitors pop. Even when my interface is off. A low 808 rumble starts. Then that same reversed verse plays through my headphones— which aren't plugged in.
