Z-Anatomy is a completely free, interactive, and highly detailed 3D anatomical atlas. It is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, and as a portable application, and its source code and models are open for anyone to modify, improve, or redistribute. Unlike corporate-backed giants like Visible Body or Complete Anatomy, Z-Anatomy is largely the passion project of Dr. Bruno S. (often credited as Bruno Souza) , a Brazilian radiologist and 3D modeler. Frustrated by the lack of accessible, free tools for his students and patients, he decided to build his own. z-anatomy
